Q1: How did the labor supply and labor force change in the
American colonies in sixteenth century?
The labor supply was shifted dramatically in the sixteenth
century because the colonist discovered plants such as tobacco and
cotton were easily obtained on the land that they had acquired
through American soil. Since the amount of tobacco and cotton farms
increased (planters were literally planting on any free soil) both
labor force and supply also increased.

solutions to raise money, they decide to pass the Stamp Act which
tax Americans on all printed pieces of paper they use. British felt
this would not be a problem as their perception was that the
consequences of debt from the war was for the favors of Americans,
and believe they are all one so they issue this act. Americans did
not find this pleasing as not because they are being tax or it was
a high tax, they felt it violate their rights as that proposition
seemed in deep violation of what they perceived to be their rights
and liberties as British subjects, and it created resentment that
eventually erupted in large-scale street protests. So Americans
believe in taxation without representation while British believe
that every colonist were already represent by Parliament. So they
went back and forth and eventually the Stamp Act got repeal. Then
shortly after other Tax Acts were being pushed against Americans
and Americans grew stronger and stronger resentment until they
could not take it anymore and this led to the
